2024-2025 Competition Rubrics

*Please note rubrics are still being released by nationals and may not be finalized until Spring 2025.
 

  • Rubrics below in red will not be held at the 2025 State Conference. Students who wish to compete at the national level for competitions in red may do so. All other competitions must compete at the state level to proceed as national representation.

  • There can be four entries per competition per school

  • Students can compete in one individual/duo competition or one team competition

  • Competitions with less than three competing schools may be canceled and added to the red competitions below. In the event this takes place, the student may move forward to compete at nationals.

  • CHILDREN'S LITERATURE: 4 English and 4 Spanish books may be submitted per chapter, regardless of Children's Literature K-3 or Pre-K
